SHORT-TERM RENTAL SERVICES
Given the unique needs of individual rental properties, we offer a variety of services to satisfy all property owners and managers. As Hudson Valley natives, we are thrilled to see the growing interest in our region. We realize homeowners put a lot of time and effort into restoring and renovating properties to create some amazing getaways, so we work hard to keep these rentals clean and comfortable for guests.
At this time, we’re only offering Rental Management, which includes our turnover services. We’re not providing turnover services to properties we do not manage. Please contact us for more information!
turnover cleaninG
Short-term rental turnovers are our specialty. We know cleanliness is one of the most important factors in maintaining a highly-rated rental. Our team of cleaners is thorough and detail-oriented. We’ve developed methods for efficient cleaning without compromising on quality. We’ll create a customized housekeeping manual for your rental to ensure consistency. We supply all cleaning solutions (we use eco-friendly, natural cleaners) and equipment, including mops. However, we prefer homeowners provide vacuums. On-site laundry is included in our cleaning rate.
Inventory sourcing & management
We have the unique perspective of knowing what looks great and offers maximum comfort, but also what's easy to clean and helps with efficient turnovers. We can recommend items such as bedding, towels, soaps, and pantry staples that will ensure a highly-rated guest experience. We source and manage inventory items and perform an accounting of all items during each turnover.
Guest Messaging & Reservation support
If a need arises for additional help managing your reservations and guest support during busy times or vacations, we can help. We're experienced with the Airbnb interface and guest messaging applications and can assist for a pre-determined percentage of individual bookings.
Emergency contact & Home check-ups
Occasionally things go wrong. We offer our presence to oversee workers, assist with guest issues, check gas and electric, and many other miscellaneous home tasks that require someone to be at your home.
